Why did you make this show?
To show the struggles of growing up in an Asian family where unsolicited advice is part of the norm.
What is the part of the show you’re most proud of?
There are parts of this show where i get very personal about my medical and mental afflictions, and it is scary to share these with strangers, but I feel it is important.
As a disabled practitioner, what do you want to see change at The Edinburgh Fringe?
Living with ADHD and Dyslexia I would like to see Flexible Seating and Viewing Options: Offer quiet zones and relaxed performances and Time Management Support: Offer clear, structured schedules.
Why should we come and see the show?
I have lived experiences with ADHD and Dyslexia bring authenticity to my performance, hoping to create a genuine and relatable atmosphere. I also want to show that challenges can be overcome and that neurodivergent individuals can thrive in creative fields.
